Salesforce Integration at Bureau Vertias

Bureau Vertias wanted to replace their existing CRM with Salesforce. In order to integrate with other systems, transactions between Salesforce and the old CRM needed to be synchronized. To eliminate this time-consuming task, GUI master developed a workflow that downloads data from source systems, transforms transactions, and then enters data into the target system via its GUI. The solution currently operates in 2 countries and processes approximately 300 transactions a day. Results are documented in detailed protocols for audit purposes.
